Jame Wilder Jr. will return to the starting running back role for the Argos on Saturday.
The rookie runner took a head hit from Riders linebacker Henoc Muamba in Week 16 and he laid on the field motionless for few minutes, but eventually got up and walked off under his own power. He did not return to that game and sat out Toronto’s loss to Edmonton in Week 17.
Wilder Jr. has rushed for 624 yards and two touchdowns on 86 carries, 452 of those yards have come in the last four games for Toronto as he emerged as a rising talent.
