Montreal Alouettes

Darian Durant taking first-team reps at Alouettes practice

Darian Durant has returned to the helm of Montreal’s offence.

Durant ailed by a hamstring injury since Week 14 in Toronto. Drew Willy has started three games since then, Montreal lost each of those contests.

The veteran quarterback went 0-for-6 and got pulled in Week 13 against Ottawa and then threw three interceptions versus the Argos the following game after which he was sidelined with the setback. Durant has thrown for 3,015 yards completing 67 per cent of his passes and he’s already matched his touchdown pass total from a season ago with 14. Although, the 35-year-old is second in the league with 14 interceptions.
