The Winnipeg Blue Bombers, having already lost defensive leader Moe Leggett for the season with a torn Achilles, will be without leading receiver Darvin Adams for the remainder of the regular season – and perhaps the playoffs as well.
Darvin Adams will miss the remainder of the regular season, and Mike O'Shea is unsure if he'll be ready for the beginning of the playoffs.

Adams was injured early in Winnipeg’s 26-20 win over the B.C. Lions last Saturday. Less than three minutes into the game Adams went over the middle and was rocked by B.C. Lions defensive back Anthony Thompson, who levelled him with a shoulder-to-shoulder hit. Adams left the field favouring his left shoulder and went to the Bombers locker room. He returned to the bench in civvies, his arm in a sling under a sweatshirt.
Adams is currently fourth in the CFL with 1,120 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
On the bright side, it sounds like veteran receiver Weston Dressler is set to return.
