Riders and Ticats defenders fined for spearing quarterbacks

Two defensive players have been fined for spearing opposing quarterbacks in Week 16.

Hamilton defensive end Adrian Tracy was fined for spearing Bombers quarterback Matt Nichols in the Ticats 30-13 win at Investor’s Group Field.

Riders linebacker Sam Eguavoen was fined for spearing Argonauts quarterback Ricky Ray during Saskatchewan’s 27-24 victory on the road in Toronto.
