Nichols left the game against the Tiger-Cats in Week 16 after taking a shot to the right hand.
Nichols suffered the injury in the first quarter when stripped by Hamilton’s Abdul Kanneh. He got up flexing his hand and there was blood on it when he went to the bench.
Nichols leads the CFL with 26 touchdown passes against only seven interceptions. He hasn’t thrown a pick in his last 107 straight passes.
