Harris has missed three games since hurting his shoulder against Hamilton in Week 12.
The Redblacks have gone 1-2 with Harris sidelined.
Ottawa head coach Rick Campbell said on Monday that he would be “surprised” if Harris doesn’t play against B.C. on Saturday night.
