Bombers, Argos can punch playoff ticket this week

Here are the CFL playoff scenarios heading into Week 16 of the regular season

WEST DIVISION

• Winnipeg Win and Saskatchewan Loss and Edmonton Loss = Winnipeg clinches a playoff berth
• Winnipeg Win and  Saskatchewan Loss and Edmonton Loss and BC Loss = Winnipeg clinches a playoff berth and a home playoff date 

EAST DIVISION

• Toronto Win = Toronto clinches a playoff berth and a home playoff date
• Toronto Win and Ottawa Loss OR Tie = Toronto clinches first place in the East Division and will host the Eastern Final on Nov. 19.
• Hamilton Loss = Toronto clinches a playoff berth and a home playoff date
• Montreal Loss and Ottawa Win = Montreal eliminated from Grey Cup Playoffs 

CROSSOVER

• Hamilton Loss and Saskatchewan Win and Edmonton Win = A West Division team will crossover and take the third playoff berth in the East Division 

CLINCHED

• Calgary Stampeders have clinched a playoff berth and a home playoff date.

Friday, Oct. 6
Hamilton at Winnipeg, 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 7
Saskatchewan at Toronto, 4 p.m.
Ottawa at B.C., 7 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 9
Edmonton at Montreal, 2 p.m.
