In reply to BigRedMachine. What was interesting to me about the Trevathan hit was the time it took for the official to throw the flag after the hit. I wish that I had rewatched the play again, but it seemed as though the official came over to look at Adams, saw him appear to be unconscious, and then threw the flag. It was clearly a helmet to helmet hit, but I wonder if the official would have thrown the flag at all if Adams had stood up immediately.

In reply to AFootballGuy. To be fair, Kaepernick didn't draw any of the CFL-specific attention to himself. It's all people speculating based on Montreal having his rights. He's not being ambiguous about this.

Eh, fine. He’s not interested, and probably wouldn’t have hung around long enough to make a meaningful impact even if he did come up here.

Can we move on now? I’m getting a little sick of all this hullabaloo over players who clearly only view the CFL as a way to generate highlights and buzz. I’d rather have one Mike Reilly over ten Kaepernicks anyway.
