Yet Some would say that the latest outbursts and chaos just adds flavour and attitude to an otherwise pretty mellow league. It gets some paying attention that would have otherwise moved on. I guess a little drama here and there makes teams have to work through the controversy. Some teams do better surrounded by controversy while others flop around like fish out of water.

Really now, realize in the heat of the game, emotions run high, but how about getting back or taking out your frustrations on the next play or two? Spitting is a part of sportsmanship, that fans used to see? We see it from most players, at the end of games. This to me is low life and filthy cowardly act towards an opponent. Not only was Washington ejected, it resulted in a 25 yard penalty, and led to a Rider’s TD the very next play. Hope it hit his pocket book good, and maybe he’ll learn that lesson?
