No kidding. They destroyed Edmonton no matter how many lame excuses are made. Saskatchewan #2? Maybe this week. It’ll be a race between them and Winnipeg and Edmonton for 3rd. BC will climb from the bottom – that is a good team that only lost to Edmonton b/c of Jason Maas’ embarrassing challenges. Lulay is still as good as anyone out there as long as his arm holds.

At 7-0 I told you all the Eskimos are a joke. After Saturday they’ll have lost 4-in-a-row and have beaten the Cats and Ottawa twice. Laughable. Jones is in for a huge collapse and I can’t wait to see it. Winnipeg is still a bit of a question mark but BC will rise. And yes, the Stamps will lose a game, or maybe two, from here on, but that says nothing about the team. As they say, Now you know.

Sask looks pretty good right now, but we’ll see what they have for real on Sept 24 & Oct 14. I’ve been saying it all season long, Calgary is the best team. Until your team beat them, talk is cheap. Remember all the crap I took for saying the Eskies were pretenders until they beat Calgary? You all thought I was horsee! Regardless, the same thing applies here. Sask looks good. Doug Flutie never actually was under contract to the Calgary Stampeders. He had a “personal services contract” with the team owner, Larry Ryckman, similar to the one Wayne Gretzky had with Peter Pocklington in Edmonton, not a contract with the team. Go talk to Larry. He’s the one who owes/owed Doug money, not the club.
