All should read John Doyle’s article in the Globe where her notes that sports do not care about the mortally of their decisions but just money. We fans believe that our team cares about us and their decisions are based on what is good for us or the city where they play. They do not, they care about making money. There is nothing wrong with this but do not loss sight of this. The decision to hire was change when the CFL, TSN and the Cats saw that it may cost them sponsor money and maybe ticket sales.
Fans complaint about ticket prices and concession prices. There is only one way to rectify this do not buy tickets or concessions.

Time for Mitchell to fall on his sword. June Jones clearly had blinders on to even recommend his buddy who is mired in an ugly scandal. But someone approved this and then tried to justify it. Although he barely said it, when pressed, Mitchell said he was responsible. Another 360 from Mitchell who clearly doesn’t get it. The we’re sorry and made a huge mistake doesn’t cut it. The gut “responsible ” for approving this decision has to go. Only way for franchise to come out of this with a little dignity in tact. But damage done.

In light of how quickly the decision was reversed, I think the point has been made.

I don’t expect any sort of forgiveness for Briles because he’s never taken any responsibility or expressed remorse that I know of.

But the team is in the process of admitting the error and apologizing for it. If you still want to take punches, then you’re just being vengeful for the enjoyment of it.
