Although I would like to see the stumps lose I don’t think that going to happen. Calgary is a very good team and even better at home. I just don’t think they are firing on all cylinders (compared to last year) and have a few injuries. Now, Toronto is a different team with Ray behind center and SJ Green is always dangerous. Hope the Argos don’t get spooked by all those people in the stands . All kidding aside – it is the CFL so I guess we will see how it unfolds on Saturday evening.

Could be a sleeper game too. If Calgary is looking ahead to next weeks annual passage into fall game.

Some teams will show a lack of focus and out of rythum after their bye week. I thought the Stamps were rusty looking and showed some disinterest against Lions.
This game is a good tune up for offence prepping for the Labour Day games. The defence was very tough last week however.
R Ray is dangerous so if the defence plays like last week, the Stamps should prevail.

As a Stamps fan I wouldn’t assume anything about this one. Calgary looked very sloppy last game (and still managed to beat a strong BC team), while Toronto looked extremely sharp. I didn’t realize the Argos had as many offensive weapons as they do. Trestman and Ray can work with that. I think the Argos are for real, but this game could go a long way toward proving that.

Being a Stamps fan, however… I’d like to see Calgary win by about 40, but will accept a 1 point victory and them looking much sharper this week, as well, going into Labour Day.

In reply to IMAN ICE HORSIE. I think Jimbobray means it'll be a psychological boost if they can keep the game close against Calgary and give themselves a chance to win. I'm hoping the Argos prevail, but it's going to be very tough to do in Calgary.

It will be a win for the Argos if they can just keep it close. A blow out for the Stamps and it’s back to Square One. Argos desperately need to show they can play with the best, and they don’t even need to win the game.
