Argonauts quarterback Ricky Ray took a big hit and left the game Thursday night against Calgary.
Canadian defensive lineman Michael Kashak put a lick on Ray and the 38-year-old was slow to get up and went straight to the sidelines.
Trainers and medical staff gathered around Ray, looking at his right shoulder, then he went and threw two passes while they observed – there was a noticeable grimace on his face after both.
Ray went 15-of-26 for 139 yards with one touchdown and one interception, but he was sacked three times and hit seemingly constantly until he exited the field.
