Totally agree with you Steven. I have never seen a team be on the other end of a borderline call, have phantom calls go against them, or obvious infractions not called on the opponent, so many times, as I have witnessed watching the TC’s the past 4 years. Is it a coincidence that it coincides with the Austin era? I don’t know. What I do know is right after the 2014 GC and “the call”, a TC official who was sitting beside us simply said: “Austin needs to learn to keep his mouth shut”, before walking away. Make of that what you will.

Agree with you Tip Top – I actually expected more than one game but not more than 2. The Commissioner seems to have made allowances for mitigating circumstances.

Don’t get me wrong…
What Hill did was wrong..and getting cut for one game..was the right call.
He was stupid…but what he was doing was ‘showing’ the official what happened to him on that play.
There was no intent to hurt anyone..period.
But a player or coach can never touch an official..never.
Bottom line.
