Trio of CFL draft picks attending New York Giants rookie mini-camp

Carleton receiver Nate Behar and defensive backs Tunde Adeleke and Nate Hamlin have accepted invites to attend New York Giants rookie mini-camp from May 12-14, per sources.

Behar was selected fifth overall by the Eskimos in the 2017 CFL draft. The Ravens captain was a 2016 USports All-Canadian after making 57 receptions for 788 yards and nine touchdowns last year for Carleton.

Adeleke went in the third round, 25th overall to the Stampeders. He started at safety for the Ravens recording 25 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and one interception while doubling as an explosive returner, leading all USports football universities with five return touchdowns in 2016.

The Lions took Hamlin in the fourth round, 33rd overall. The long cover man made 25.5 tackles and broke-up two passes during his senior season.
