lol cost isn’t the only factor in determining the sustainability of a project. Consider Sask will take 30 plus years to pay it and a large portion will be “user pay” . This method is unreliable as you can’t determine who or if you’ll have users in that long of a span. City growth, team performance, changing technology,economic landscape, appetite of citizens to pay ever growing ticket prices. What if 10 years from now your attendance is only 18,000 per game? What if AC/DC doesn’t want to come there. Who’s on the hook? The riders? (if so it could bankrupt them) or taxpayers?
BTW Oske stop insulting Ti-cats fan by imposing as one.We all know you are a rider fan.

Good for him if he is drafted or signed later by the NFL which means his stock will most likely fall in the CFL draft. By the time the CFL draft occurs, teams will know how big a risk it is to choose him.
