In reply to T. Brown. I doubt he would just make it up and risk the the integrity of this site he's built. There is likely some truth to it. Jones is a repeat criminal in the CFL courts and his reputation proceeds him now. The riders will be drowning in this type of thing as long as he's around(which may not be much longer)

smells to me of a desperate man who has no idea how to find or develop the leagues next qb.Maybe he’ll work for very cheap sounds like the guy blew the 34 million he made in the nfl .The concept of smart spending is as lost on him as it is on Jones

Depends upon his contract demands, since Sask has about $1.99 salary cap ceiling left after their FA signings the last 2 days. BUT since CJ has shown he is willing to ignore CFL rules, maybe he figures it’s worth a slap on the wrist to get such a QB.

Question is does Jones have enough cap room to make it appealing to young,secondly if young doesn’t work out were does that leave them?
