Well, I to was puzzled, but I understand Mack will be in charge of US scouting, and he can be good at that. Reed had no souting network in the US, so hiring Mack makes sense for him, as long as Mack sin’t GM. Deslauriers will be in charge of Canada scouting and Chapdelain also has some contacts out there as he was HC in SFU and his son works for the Dinos.

I thing Reed expected Abrams to stay, but things evloved another way. We’ll see how it pans out.

Hope she’ll do well, although why anyone would bring in Joe Mack is somewhat baffling, especially a re-building team like the Alouettes. As GM with the Blue Bombers, he was a disaster- never tapped the free agent pool when good players at key positions were available, had no influx of talent when needed.

You discredit your articles when you don’t fact check. Mike Brown owns the Cincinnati Bengals, not the Cleveland Browns. His father was once the coach of the Browns. Very common knowledge in football circles so a pretty egregious error.
