Riders DB/LB Otha Foster works out for Baltimore Ravens

American defensive back and linebacker Otha Foster worked out for the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, per sources.

The 28-year-old versatile defender was brought in by the New Orleans Saints for an up-close look in December.

Foster led Saskatchewan with a career-high 71 tackles in 2016, adding three sacks, one interception and one forced fumble. He originally signed in the CFL with Toronto back in 2014, but then got dealt to Edmonton. The West Alabama product spent two seasons with the Eskimos, winning a Grey Cup in 2015, and followed Chris Jones to Riderville in free agency last year.
