Saskatchewan Roughriders linebacker Jeff Knox has signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, first reported by Chip Smith.

The 24-year-old inked a three-year futures pact with the Bucs.

Knox played two seasons for the Riders, suiting up in 35 games recording 177 tackles, one sack and one interception while adding 29 special teams tackles. The six-foot-two, 225-pounder was a CFL West all-star in 2015 when he set a Riders franchise mark for tackles in a season with 112. That same year he was named Saskatchewan’s Most Outstanding Player, Most Outstanding Defensive Player and Most Outstanding Rookie.
