Don&#039;t call a penalty just because it is there. Call it if it absolutely has to.

Referees have to give consideration to the flow of the game, like they do in soccer, but more so here as every penalty thrown risks ruining the flow of the game, and then the league risks fans turning off the game as a result of it.

And when it comes to challenges, let the referees decide if they need to take an extra look at something if it is one of those rare, eye-catching moments near the end of the game.]]></description>
