The 22-year-old went unselected in the 2016 NFL Supplemental Draft on Thursday, but agreed on a deal with the Bengals shortly after. Around 10 different teams made offers.

Simonise recorded 1,079 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns during his junior season at the University of Calgary.
