Import defensive lineman Justin Hickman has agreed to a one-year contract with the Toronto Argos, per sources.
The five-year Canadian Football League veteran spent all of those seasons with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats where he amassed 181 tackles and 36 sacks in 79 games. Checking in at six-foot-two, 265 lbs., Hickman brings a proven ability to rush the passer. In 2011, the UCLA product led the CFL with 13 sacks and earned CFL All-Stars honours at defensive end.
Hickman becomes the third defensive linemen who played for the Ticats in 2015 to join the Argos along with Bryan Hall and Brian Bulcke.
